I launched JourneyOn in 2018, a year after having my first child, and grew my practice to capacity within a year whilst having a full time job. Managing set backs, overcoming barriers, taking risks and being innovative are all key to the development of a truly fulfilled private practice and I have travelled this road enough to know it is not easy! This process and the knowledge it has afforded me has enabled me to help others develop as practitioners and support them navigate their individual journeys to fulfilled private practices.
